All of our bread rises for more than 12 hours, breaking down hard-to-digest grains and making it seriously good for you. Plus, Bread SRSLY gluten-free sourdough contains a host of bioavailable nutrients, promoting digestive health and healing.

We source our ingredients with care and precision, ensuring each pick results in the best possible gluten-free bread. Each loaf is made by hand in small batches in our dedicated gluten-free kitchen, which means real people—not machines—approve each loaf. In our test kitchen, we make sure each new product is uniquely delicious, and worthy of a spot in your kitchen.


We know that not all communities have the same access to gluten-free and allergy-friendly food options, which is why we ship nationwide and strive to make our products readily accessible in your local market or co-op.
