We are Bread SRSLY, makers of wildly nourishing, SERIOUSLY delicious, gluten-free and vegan sourdough bread in Berkeley, CA. As Administrative Assistant, you will be master of the details. From permits to payroll, you help our operation run seamlessly. You thrive on lists, enjoy finishing tasks before they are due, and can solve problems before they even occur.

The Administrative Assistant will work directly with Bread SRSLY’s management team in our Berkeley office, and will be directly supporting the CEO with scheduling, documentation and communications so that Bread SRSLY can grow. This position reports to the CEO.
The Administrative Assistant will:
Support the CEO with Administrative tasks including email, scheduling, payroll, presentations, documentation, deadlines, and applications
Support Operations, Sales, Marketing and HR with Administrative tasks including coupon processing, purchasing, inventory, documentation, organization and filing
Identify and carry out Administrative and Research projects
Apply for events, certifications and inspections, and keep us compliant
Support our Bookkeeper and provide required documents
Keep our office clean, organized, and well-stocked
Assist with organizing staff gatherings, meetings and trainings
Other duties as assigned

Experience with Google Suite, especially Sheets
1+ year Administrative experience or equivalent
Curiosity about food
Customer service experience
Knowledge of or previous experience with a food company
