As Sales Manager, you will directly generate growth for our company by getting our products on new shelves. You will uncover new leads, take them through our sales process, close sales, and follow through to make sure each new account is set up for success. You are excited about growth, fueled by numbers, inspired by the Good Food Movement, and ready to help Bread SRSLY become a bigger brand.
The Sales Manager will be the driver of our wholesale strategy, from planning new regional launches to crafting our promotions plan across all accounts. You will establish our sales pipeline including research, outreach, onboarding, follow up, and launch. You will support movement of our products in new stores before handing accounts over to our Account Manager for day-to-day maintenance. You can analyze data to monitor overall sales and identify areas for growth. You work closely with our Account Manager and with our Marketing team to implement your strategies, and you are excited to share your methods and help develop people on your team.

This is a full time, salaried position that will require travel to visit accounts and attend meetings and conferences. This position is part of the Sales and Marketing team, and reports to the CEO. The Sales Manager will supervise the Account Manager and future sales hires.
The Sales Manager will:
Build relationships and develop our business
Close sales of Bread SRSLY products in new accounts
Create and implement an overall sales strategy
Grow our Sales team
Design, create and present regular sales reports
Improve and formalize sales workflow including account onboarding process
Research, Qualify and Implement CRM software, and train staff on its use
Plan and coordinate launches in new regions and new chains
Plan and coordinate new product launches
Maintain and improve product pricing strategy
Author and track sales projections
Manage and track sales team budget and KPIs
Train future Sales Team staff and create staff manuals
Improve current sales systems including Account Manager paperwork and responsibilities
Conduct weekly check ins with all direct reports
Manage Sales Team projects and help manage Sales and Marketing Team projects
Represent Sales team at Staff meetings and Department meetings
Attend internal and external trainings and events

2 years experience in CPG sales, preferably in food
1 year experience managing at least one employee
Experience with Google or Microsoft Suites
Fluency with Customer Relationship Management software, Quickbooks Online
