Gluten-Free, can be made dairy-free with dairy-free butter

INGREDIENTS

One 24 Count Pack Bread SRSLY Gluten-Free Sourdough Dinner Rolls (we recommend planning for at least two rolls per person)

For the Chili Crisp Butter:
1 stick salted butter, softened
1 tbsp chili crisp oil of your choice
2 scallions, finely chopped

For the Rosemary Fig Butter:
1 stick salted butter, softened
1 sprig rosemary, roughly chopped
1 tbsp fig jam
1 tsp hot honey
Pinch flakey salt

For the Garlic Olive Butter:
1 stick salted butter, softened
¼ cup Castelvetrano olives, pits removed and roughly chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
Zest of one small lemon, preferably a Meyer lemon

DIRECTIONS

1. For each fancy butter flavor, simply let the butter soften to room temp (at least an hour) and mix in the ingredients with a rubber spatula.

2. To prepare the dinner rolls to serve with the butter, we recommend warming them in the oven at 400° for a few minutes. You can also slice the rolls in half and toast each side in a toaster or toaster oven.

3. Store any leftover butter in an airtight container in the fridge. Enjoy!
