Kimchi Avocado Toast with Egg

Upgrade your avocado toast with a healthy dose of gut friendly kimchi! Salty, umami kimchi pairs perfectly with creamy avocado and tangy Bread SRSLY Classic Sourdough. Love eggs? Top your toast with a runny fried egg or vegan alternative like Just Egg

Serves: 1 

 

INGREDIENTS

 

1 slice Bread SRSLY Classic Sourdough, sliced diagonally 

⅓ avocado, sliced

2 tbsp kimchi (we like Sinto Gourmet)

1 tsp sesame oil

1 egg or vegan egg substitute (optional)

Sesame seeds, to garnish

 

  

DIRECTIONS

 

  1. Toast Bread SRSLY to desired crispness.
  2. If using, cook egg or vegan egg substitute in your preferred method (fried, scrambled, poached, etc) while your bread is toasting.
  3. Top with avocado slices, spoon kimchi over top, drizzle on sesame oil, and finish with a sprinkle of sesame seeds.
  4. Dig in!
