SECTION 1 - WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?
When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address, email address, and phone number.
When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.
Email marketing and/or SMS marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails or SMS messages about our store, new products and other updates.

How do you get my consent?
When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.

We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.
SECTION 4 - SHOPIFY
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
Payment:
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

_shopify_visit, no data held, Persistent for 30 minutes from the last visit, Used by our website provider’s internal stats tracker to record the number of visits
_shopify_uniq, no data held, expires midnight (relative to the visitor) of the next day, Counts the number of visits to a store by a single customer.
cart, unique token, persistent for 2 weeks, Stores information about the contents of your cart.
_secure_session_id, unique token, sessional
storefront_digest, unique token, indefinite If the shop has a password, this is used to determine if the current visitor has access.

*If you ordered multiple items, only the most expensive item in your order will be refunded.
Refund policy: Bread SRSLY does not refund shipping charges or SavedBy package protection fees. Bread SRSLY does not ship to P.O. Boxes, UPS/FedEx Stores or lockers, or parcel lockers.&nbsp;Bread SRSLY reserves the right to refuse refunds or reshipments for orders placed without Package Protection and that fall out of the realm of the Delight Guarantee.

Please refer to your order confirmation email to ensure your shipping address and order details are correct, and reach out to us ASAP if you need any changes made. REFUND POLICY

Orders placed by Monday 11:59pm PT will ship by Thursday via FedEx Express or UPS Ground. Orders placed after the Monday cutoff will ship the FOLLOWING week (by Thursday of the next week). Once shipped, orders typically arrive between Thursday and Saturday.

All shipments that fall on a shipping holiday/closure will be sent out on the next possible shipping date.&nbsp;
We highly recommend adding Package Protection to your order to ensure your gluten-free sourdough is protected from carrier delays, damage, loss, and theft!&nbsp;Bread SRSLY reserves the right to refuse refunds or reshipments for orders placed without Package Protection. Bread SRSLY does not refund shipping costs or SavedBy package protection fees.
We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, UPS/FedEx Stores or lockers, or parcel lockers.&nbsp;
We cannot be liable for the delay or inability of our product to be delivered in a timely fashion due to incorrect shipping information submitted at checkout.&nbsp;Any orders that are unable to be enjoyed due to the inability to pick up and/or refrigerate the bread after it has been delivered will not be refunded. In select cases, we will happily send you a new order for a reshipment fee starting at $15.

SHIPPING POLICY

Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription or a pre-order. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.&nbsp; Subscriptions When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select. Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries, unless you choose to pay in advance. Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don't want to renew a subscription you can cancel it. If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there. See our returns policy for more details on returns and refunds. Pre-orders When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We will collect payment at checkout, store your payment method, then fulfill the order at a future date. Orders that have been fulfilled are not eligible for cancellation.
